For textile mills, weavers and fabric suppliers
Your reps carry a bag of swatches and a head full of prices. Weftcard puts the catalog on their phone: scan the barcode on any swatch, show composition, price tiers and stock from your own data, and save the customer's selection before they walk to the next stand.

Built for the halls you exhibit in
The fair floor, honestly
A buyer pulls three swatches from the wall and asks the two questions that decide everything: what is it, and what does it cost. Here is what happens next, with and without Weftcard.
Today, with the binder
The rep reads the article number off the swatch and flips through a printed price list, or searches an Excel file on a laptop that is somewhere on the stand.
Composition, weight and width come from memory. Minimums and lead times are a guess until someone calls the office.
The buyer narrows down to two fabrics. The rep writes the company name, a phone number and the article codes on the back of a business card.
Twenty conversations later, half the cards are mixed up and the price that was quoted is anyone's guess.
Back at the office, the notes are typed into a spreadsheet. Follow-ups start a week after the fair, when the buyer has already decided.
With Weftcard
The rep scans the swatch. The card shows composition, weight, width, price tiers, stock and lead time — from your own catalog, in the buyer's currency.
Every scanned fabric goes into one selection for this buyer. Interested or not, quantity, quoted price — two taps each.
The buyer's contact is captured with consent, by scanning a business card or typing it in.
The buyer receives a summary of exactly what they liked, at the prices that were quoted, before they leave the stand.
The office sees every lead, every quoted price and every fabric that got attention — while the fair is still running.
How it works
Point the phone camera at the swatch's barcode or QR code. Any phone, any browser, no app store. Damaged label? Type the code or search by name.
The product card is built from your data: composition, weight, width, construction, finish, colours, quantity tiers, stock and lead time. Cost prices never leave the office.
Mark interest, set quantities, capture the contact with consent, and send the summary by email or WhatsApp. The lead is in the office before the handshake ends.

What you get
One-dimensional barcodes and QR codes, from the printer you use today. If the label carries more than the article code, a parsing rule extracts it. No relabelling.
Quantity tiers, multiple currencies and price lists per customer group. What a rep sees depends on their role — list price yes, cost price never.

The price shown at the stand is the price stored with the lead, even if the list changes the following week. No disputes, no surprises.
A consent record is stored per contact, with time and wording, for GDPR and KVKK. Export or delete anyone's data on request.
Fair halls have bad reception. The catalog is cached on the phone; new leads and selections queue up and sync when the connection returns.
Scans per hour, fabrics that got attention, leads per rep and per stand — so the office can react on day one, not after the show.
Agents, showrooms, temporary fair staff. One price per company; everybody who sells gets a login.
Every screen above is in the demo, with sample data from a fictional mill.

Weftcard never becomes a second product database. It reads from yours — a spreadsheet today, your API or ERP when you are ready.
Upload a spreadsheetAvailable
Export the price list from Excel, map the columns once, re-upload whenever prices change. Ready before lunch.
Connect your APIAvailable
Give us an endpoint that answers an article code, or let us map the one you have. Keys are encrypted, responses cached, requests never leave our servers.
ERP connectorsRoadmap
Ready-made connectors for the systems textile mills run: Logo, Netsis, Mikro, SAP Business One.

Barcode rule

Your QR code points to a URL? Your label adds a colour code? One rule tells Weftcard where the article number is.
Security and data
Textile pricing is competitive information. Weftcard is built so that the field sees exactly what the office allows — and your buyers' data stays under your control.
Hosted in the EU
Data stored in Frankfurt; encrypted in transit and at rest.
Cost prices never reach the phone
Internal fields stay in the office panel; the mobile API never carries them.
Consent records
Wording and timestamp stored per contact; export and deletion on request.
Roles and visibility
Owner, admin and sales rep; discount authority and price lists per role.
Your data, exportable
Leads, selections and quotes export to Excel any time. No lock-in.
Audit trail
Who changed what and when, for every price shown and every lead edited.
Your buyer's language
Chosen from the countries that exhibit at Heimtextil, Première Vision and Intertextile — so your team and your buyers read the same screen.
Pricing
No per-seat licences. Add every rep, every agent and every showroom. Billed yearly; monthly available.

Questions from the stand
No. Weftcard runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. It works on iPhone and Android, with the camera, without an app store.
EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, QR and DataMatrix. If the label encodes more than the article code — a colour suffix, a URL — a parsing rule extracts the code.
Yes. Most mills start exactly there. Upload the file, map the columns once, and re-upload when prices change. An API or ERP connection can come later.
Uploaded catalogs are cached on the phone, so scanning keeps working. New leads and selections are queued and sync when the connection returns.
No. Cost and internal fields never reach the mobile API. Roles decide which price list a rep sees and how much discount they may give.
In the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted. Leads, selections and quotes export to Excel at any time, and you can delete a contact's data on request.
Send us a price list and five swatches. We set up Weftcard with your data and walk your team through a fair day — in your language.
